Mr. Maxwell Otoo is IT Consultant with over eight years experience in Information Technology. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Political Science from University of Ghana and certified in ITIL Foundation, CCNA and MCSA. Prior to joining the Foundation, he worked with IBIS GHANA, ACDI VOCA Ghana, Karpowership Ghana, and Margins Group Limited.
